change the passwords, pins and pics on royals.ms.controlpanel for your accounts and let us know once you've done so

Yes, I wish to recover my account, I have already reseted my PIN and PIC plz double check. on control painel, it says that I can only let me set a new PIN when I log in on maplestory game. However I can't yet, because when I try login on maplestory it shows: This is an ID that has been deleated or blocked for connection please double check and let me know
- you reset your details for account 1. - your pin and pic on account 2 are not reset. - we cant assist you if you dont follow the instructions. - reset the details for account 2 the same way you did for account 1.
