Hello. You were permanently banned for major vote abuse. Our admins reviewed your voting history and determined that you were voting on multiple accounts in a day for an extended period of time which resulted in the ban.
I think it's a bit unfair of you to tell me there was vote abuse, when I was voting on one of my many internet connections, both at home and at work. Furthermore, you can see that they are different IP addresses.
Players are only allowed to vote once per day and only on one account per day. Our admins are able to tell if players are travelling or if there are differences in their voting history. In your case they determined that you were voting multiple times in a day. I can have them review it again but you’d need to provide additional information regarding your voting habits and if you have voted on multiple accounts and when.
Well, it's also worth noting that my children play games, and therefore, they vote on their accounts.Is that also grounds for a ban? Or can't several people in the same house play and vote on their own accounts?

Our voting rules are here: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/voting-rules.15580/ Additionally it is listed in our Game Terms and Conditions, on the voting page itself multiple times, and in game after you create each character. For multiple people in a household, all players in the household would have needed to apply to the voting whitelist. If our admins have issued the ban at this point though its too late.

Once again our voting rules are plastered in numerous locations. The fact that you failed to notice that does not negate the fact that you broke our Terms and Conditions. Feel free to post your proof here though.
The proof would be that you didn’t break our terms and conditions. At this point though our admins have verified that you did, so to avoid wasting both of our time I will be closing our your appeal. You will remain permanently banned for major vote abuse. This means that you as a person are no longer allowed to play on this server.
I think they made a very wrong decision. Anyway, this isn't the only Maple server out there. Good luck and thanks for everything.
