Disconnected During selection of Character

    Upon logging to my character, i was disconnected with below error message.

    nope, i doesn't have one.

    IF needed, which VPN will work the best.

    This issue is usually caused by usage of VPN

    But if you do not have 1, please submit a Ban Appeal so that GMs may verify your account

    I am having the same issue.
    haven't logged in a while, and I moved as well.
    So I can't really know what is going on with the Internet at my new place.
    But pretty much is I am logging into my account, selecting the character, entering the PIC code, and then the game crashes and I see this window.

    EDIT:
    After searching for a solution in the forum, I have found someone said something about NordVPN still running in the background even if the app is not up and running.
    So I checked and I saw a process running and I stopped it.
    It fixed the issue for me.
