1. If today you want to scroll a 19wa /1slot BWG, to 22wa BWG, but you afraid of your bad luck, then you can buy this service.
2. Because of 1:10, 10% scroll to pass 1slot in average, so you give me BWG, 10WS, 10% scroll*10, then after some time, you will get a finished 22wa BWG back.
3. If I used 5WS to finish it, I will take left 5WS as payment ; If I used 20WS to finish it, then I lost 10WS, so the benefit is depend on how you think
