Closed Cannot get past character selection screen

Issue: Cannot get past character selection screen
Character Name: yonapriest, armisar
Additional Information: i took a long long break, and redownloaded the game today and cant get past the character selection. i dont have mac and i dont have any vpn on my pc.
last time i connected if i recall right was like 7 month ago just to see my character and i succeed. but i didnt play for more then a year and a half if i remember right.
