Closed Blocked from connection?

    Last thing I did: Being in Free Market
    Why do I think I got banned: I don't know ~f12
    Ban message when attempting to log in: "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection"
    What GM banned you: none

    Last time that happened to me due to IP issues, maybe it's the same issue this time?

    Hi there.

    You are not banned, the IP you're connecting with is fine as well.

    Please double check that you have VPN services disabled and uninstalled before reconnecting to MapleRoyals.

    Hi Foxy ~f15

    That's weird.. I don't use any VPNs nor have I ever installed any VPNs.

    I just tried logging in, but I didn't succeed.

    Should I try to reset my IP address with my ISP?

    There are no issues with your IP address.

    Please check your task manager to see if there are other programs interfering with MapleRoyals.

    Just turned on my computer and I didn't start any program before running MapleRoyals.

    As can be seen above, no other programs should interfere with MapleRoyals. I still think it's an ISP issue, maybe I should reset my IP address

    While doing that, please also create a new account and see if that can get you through.

    Let me know what works and what doesn't.

    I can confirm that it was an issue from the ISP side of things: I had to reset my IP address via the ISP.

    NOTICE TO MIDDLE EASTERN USERS FOR FUTURE REFRENCE
    If you're a Partner customer, be sure to:
    1. Check with the forum to see if you're not banned
    2. If you're not banned and your IP address isn't flag with MapleRoyals, be sure to contact Partner and ask them to reset your IP address. That solved my issue :)
