The server's farming is heavily based on leech and gachapon... there should be other ways to farm... I've met half a dozen friends who quit playing because they couldn't make money, or because there were no leech buyers, or because it was always the same method... I'll leave a suggestion here: Boss coins ~ rewards for exchanging ws, cs, css 20%, some earrings, or other things like that. Jump daily quests, more events throughout the year... with all due respect, but it's already December 20th and the free market is still Halloween themed... I'm a fan of MapleRoyals, just like many other people, but you, the staff team, urgently need to give the server something special, because there's a lot of competition coming.
There are numerous ways to make money on this server you don't have to limit yourself to leeching, you can mage farm by yourself which is highly encouraged by a lot of players because it's the most consistent money-maker, you could do APQ on several characters a day if you don't feel like mage farming, you can do bosses like HT, NT or VL for decent drops, you could even GPQ for Assassinate 30 books and get a split from those with your guildies, farm RG and numerous other methods because I can't remember all of them.
There are MANY forms of farming, and the most lucrative ones remain secret. Throughout the years, it has changed depending on updates. For example, when NT released, I farmed Silver coins and Mob ETC and made over 300m per hour using my attacking characters since mages suck in NT. The real issue is that attacking characters don't have a sustainable way of making Mesos via bossing. Bosses being dry will drive people back to mage farming, as well as mules in bosses, making it so people play solo/duo so they get better splits. In some other servers, they have a bossing rewards system and don't allow multi-client in bosses. This way, you team up with others and can still make mesos bossing together. Mage farming is still more mesos, but at least the bossing rewards system helps out with the costs of bossing.

I have made post about it before but I will join the conversation here aswell. I think there is some truth to what he is saying. The only form of pure mesos farming currently on the server is mage farming. The lower prices of boss drops and cs/ws/bwg/other rewards go, mage farmers are the only ones benefitting off of it. It becomes LESS profitable to do bossing compared to mage farming during the past 2-3 years and i think its because the removal of bees-mesos exchange abruptly. Balance changes could defenitly be more subtle in this server. Completely removing bee-mesos exchange and making bees exchangeable to cs/ws/bwg via murat just completely shifted the meta and made anything but mage farming less efficient.
