I would go 1 30% & then 4 70%s 2 60%s. If not, 5 70%s and 2 60%s. Having it fail once or twice would make ur spear go back to being just one of the ordinary ones out there, so 70s or nothing! Of course, thats from a risky pov; rearrange the number of 60%s according to your risk preference. At clean, id say 60-70m sinces 91s only going for like 15m-20m atm.
For reference I just bought a 95 att for 90m. I won the forum auction @ 75m but he didn't feel like selling it for that low and nobody was willing to pay more. Personally, I'd 70% it at least 5 times (6 if one of them fails) and 60 the last 1-2 slots at the most
funny thing is, right after you bought my scroll and left, i checked one of the shops next to mine and bought this spear for 25m. it was an impulse buy and i was freaking out wondering if it was a good choice. i feel so happy
