Cannot log in – new account, email confirmed, ID blocked

    Hello,

    I created a new MapleRoyals account and confirmed my email successfully.
    More than 48 hours have passed since registration.

    When attempting to log in to the game, I receive the following message:
    "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection. Please check again."

    I have never logged into the game before and therefore do not have any character created yet.

    I have tried reinstalling the client, updating Windows, and disabling antivirus/firewall, but the issue persists.

    I believe the account may require manual activation or was blocked automatically by mistake.
    Could you please assist in checking and unlocking the account?
