Hello, I created a new account recently and successfully verified my email. However, I am unable to log in to the game and receive an error immediately. I have never played MapleRoyals before and did not use any third-party software, VPN, hacks, or modifications. I believe this may be an automatic block or false positive. I have already tried reinstalling the client, updating Windows, and disabling antivirus/firewall, but the issue remains. It looks like there are no issues with your account but the IP address you're attempting to connect with is banned. Please restart your router to obtain a new IP address to connect to MapleRoyals with. If that doesn't work, you may want to contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) regarding this.
