All Your Character Names: I made this account 9 years ago so i really can't remember my character(s) name. Last thing you did: can't remember Why do you think you got banned?: Honestly, I have no idea. Its been 9 years since I last logged in. I also moved house. Could being in a different location be the reason I was banned? Even when i try to reset PIN (which I forgot too), it just says I attempted too many times and wait to try again. Since then. I have made another account under the same email. But I would really want to get back my old account if possible. Ban message when attempting to log in: It just says, "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection."
Hi there. For account recoveries, you'd want to make a post here https://royals.ms/forum/threads/lost-email-or-username.154999/ and work with our admins on recovering your account. Having a look in the background, it looks like your account was hacked and has been banned to prevent further damage. This means that you are not banned and you are free to create accounts to play on while waiting for the account recovery process.
Hi, thank you for replying. I’ve checked out the link that I was directed to and I just want to confirm a couple things. Do I still proceed even if: 1. I know the username of the old/banned account. 2. I still have access to the email that was used to created the old/banned account 3. Account is still unable to login into game and control panel even after I reset the pin and password. Thank you for your help.
Yes. The link is to recover accounts that were hacked, lost etc. Follow the template provided and if our Admins require anything else, they will request it of you. Since you are not banned, this means that you can create more accounts to play on while you wait for the account recovery process.
To add on, Admins would need to verify you as the account owner before granting you access to the hacked account Please submit the request and wait for Admins verification
