Awaiting Admin action CS item was trading unsuccessfully and then disappeared from inventory after relog

    Problem:
    11th anniversary pink bean hairpin disappeared from cash shop storage inventory

    Details:
    I had an 11th anniversary pink bean hairpin that I was trying to trade but each time I tried to trade the item it kept saying "Trade Unsuccessful". Both parties had inventory space as well as enough room for meso but the trades were not going through. As an attempt to fix the issue I placed the item from my inventory into my CS storage inventory and tried to relogin. After I logged in the item disappeared from my CS inventory and was also not in my equipment inventory. This happened around 4:25pm PST 01/04/2026. Is there any chance I can get the item recovered? Unfortunately I couldn't take a screenshot as I wasn't expecting the item to disappear after relogging in..
