So it has been happening for a couple of months, I cannot log into two characters (Cannot get past character selection screen with "Unable to connect to the game server"). I have multiple accounts and characters, the two characters that I cannot log in are "Upvote" and Minjeong", both are in different accounts. Other characters have no issues. I just downloaded the new client and I still have the same problem. I don't think it is an internet problem, I think it is character specific problems as I cannot log into those two characters. It could be what my characters are wearing certain cash items.. I don't know.. Could someone help me with this please? I have been playing this game on and off for 7~8 years. ㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡ -Update, I was just able to access to Minjeong character, I was in Perion, changed channel to 1, the screen went black and kicked me out of the game saying "Unable to connect to the game server".
Does this means you would still disconnect upon logging in the character (Minjeong)? Also, for the character (Upvote), does it always disconnect (100%) when attempting to login?
Yes, so in both cases, when I double click the characters on the character selection page, there is no response for about 60~120 seconds, it briefly (0.5 second) shows the map that I was on (I cannot see my own character, it just shows me part of the map), and then immediately kick me out of the game and it says "Unable to connect to the game server".
