I don't know if this is related to a ban or not. I was banned for 3 days and was supposed to be able to log back in on 1/6/2026, but now it says deleted or blocked from connection. My husband (same household) is blocked until the 13th, so I dont know if that is the issue, since we're on the same connection, or if it's something deeper. Thank you for your help!

If your husband wishes to appeal, he can open his own ban appeal. In your situation, you will have to wait until the ban's timer as noted above, runs out before you can log back into the game.
