Hello, I believe I may be banned. I downloaded the game and attempted to log in for the first time in approximately 5 years, I think. I looked up the issue and attempted resetting my router, but the problem persists. I also attempted to connect using my phone's hotspot. I don't think I ever even played the game on the PC I have now. I believe I had two accounts, and I'm not sure of any character names on either as it has been so long. I am happy to PM account names if necessary. Thank you. All Your Character Names: Hael, Texas (?).... and I'm not sure of others. I haven't played in a very long time. Last thing you did: I don't remember. Why do you think you got banned?: I don't know. Ban message when attempting to log in: "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection."
I could be wrong, but I think maybe 2020 or 2021. I honestly don’t remember. I got a new PC in December 2023, and I haven’t played on this PC I don’t think. So, to the best of my knowledge, sometime before then. I will try to look at emails to see for sure. edit: it looks like I may have logged in in July 2023 as I have a password change request then. But I don’t remember playing at that time.

I had not heard anything back, so I had not attempted to connect. I'm not sure if I'm banned or why. edit: I am able to log in now. I'm assuming it's ok to play again?
Yes, your accounts were caught up in a ban that wasn't meant for you. We will be closing this ban appeal as you should be able to log into all your accounts and play.
