Closed Can't log in

    Issue: Cannot get past character selection screen - MAC ban on account.
    Character Name: CookieLin
    Additional Information: I am a returning player and I haven't played MapleRoyals in a very long time.. I just redownloaded the client today and tried to log in, but discovered that I have a MAC ban. (I'm not sure if it's ban)
    I have no idea why I was banned as I haven't been active for long time and I would really appreciate it if you could check my case and help me return to the game. Thank you for your help <3
