    hello i was told to write a ban appeal, i cannot access the game without a vpn it wont loadup so i purchased a dedicated ip address thru nordvpn and created my account and logged in fine. when i double click my character it says server disconnected.

    the vpn you're using gives you a mac address that you cant use
