Under Investigation Balrog PQ (We finished boss, claimed rewards), the server shutdown (several minutes later), all lost

Problem: Balrog PQ (finished boss, claimed rewards), the server shutdown (several minutes later), all rewards lost, also all potions, pies, apples used to enter and play lost as well.
Details: See below (Items lost listed at the end of the paragraph)

Hi there,

I am requesting a restore of the rewards gained from before the server shutdown. If that is not possible to at least get the pots used during restored and the entrance count reset.
We were in Balrog PQ, and we had already defeated the boss, and claimed our rewards (split between 3 people). The server shutdown several minutes later, which was as we were preparing to re-enter for the 2nd run. (Items lost include Balrog Shoulder +2 all stats 101 magic def and 103 weapon def, thief's pants (not sure the type), nx card (we all got 100 or 200 as an individual for each player (3 players), and there were other items like a cape and pants but I did not pick those up (another teammate did)).

Please can we get help to resolve this matter.

Extra update: I just went into the cash shop and although the nx card was not in my inventory 200 added into the shop, so it must have been from the drop. However, sadly the shoulder is still not with me.

 

Just found one of my teammates in game now. His IGN is : Doppleganiam, for further reference.

Update from Dobbleganiam: He still has the cape in his inventory that he got from the drops. He is unsure about the rest though.

 

Okay sure thing, I told them. In the meantime what should I do about mine?
