    This person is a colleague of mine for many years. I asked him about it yesterday, and he said it was his forum account that had been banned before. He played this game many years ago, while I started playing a few years ago. However, due to language barriers and other issues, I asked him for help, and he helped me create an account and gave me guidance. But he no longer plays it.

    Perhaps this would have been a little more believable had there not been over 18 months between the creation of your oldest account and newest account. After 18 months of playing, why did you need to run back to your colleague to ask them to create you another account? Not to mention the wide availability of translation tools available these days that greatly help to overcome language barriers.

    In all seriousness, it's pretty obvious that the old ban appeal is you, and not your "colleague".

    Your ban appeal is rejected. This means that you as a person can no longer play MapleRoyals. You will need to find another server or game to play on.
