IGN: Zanath Problem: 3 item pouch and 2 meso magnet disappeared Details: Unequipped all my item pouches and meso magnets from my pets (3x pouch 2x magnet) on the 6th of August, I think between 14.00-15.00 servertime to run Krexel. Just now noticed I did not re-equip them and turns out they are not in my inventory at all. Also checked the cash shop, they are not there either and I would never transfer them all to another character anyway. Bought a new meso magnet to see if I accidentily vendored but turns out that is not even possible.
Have you re-summoned all 3 pets to confirm they are still equipping the item pouch + meso magnet Although bugged NX items will disappear, but they will only disappear upon storing them in to the Cash Shop inventory, they will not randomly disappear if they were in your inventory
I have re-summoned them all just now, no change. Only the meso magnet on my first pet (bunny) because I bought that one new to test. I am very sure I did not store them in the cash shop, I don't even have a character on my account that would need one. I have some mules but they are very low lvl and if they have a pet, they have a pouch and magnet already.
So, before they disappeared, were they in your inventory? Are there any chances that you may have dropped them by accident while dropping other equips?
Yes they were most likely in my inventory. I have not dropped any equipes except for some 2 krex rings this week, no way I would drop 5 cash items.
Do you have any other NX items that disappeared in the same manner (without placing them into Cash Shop)?
I did not notice any other missing items, but also don't have too many noteworthy NX items in my inventory anyway. But my inventory is always about equally full after selling equipes to NPC so I probably would've noticed any more missing items.
Will request the Admins to check on your account status, not sure if they can confirm the NX items being bugged if they disappeared in an unusual manner
Ok thanks! I already bought new ones so not too big of a loss if they can't find what happened anyway.
If the Admins able to verify the mentioned NX disappeared due to bug, they would refund you the NX amount accordingly
Sorry what are 'pet skill' pets? I do have meso magnets and item pouches equipped on all three of my current pets but that's because I bought new ones back in august. Also have two in my inventory atm because of Olaf rewards along a snail that I think I never used.

Thanks! I did read the whole thread but still don't understand how my items disappeared. Because I had 3 pets all equipped with item pouch and 2 with meso magnets. Then at some point those were not equipped anymore, nor in my inventory. When I bought new ones I could equip them again so there were no items there. I don't know if you can see everything in the logs but you if you should be able to that I bought 3 item pouches and 2 meso magnets somewhere before august 2025, then after this happened I bought 3 of both again. I never dropped any, never switched my pets (except maybe I equipped the Olaf snail once?) and didn't return any time the cash shop either, and in my inventory there is currently only 1 pouch and 1 magnet which are both from completing Olaf this month. So unless there's something very janky where the missing items are equipped to my pet skill pets (which aren't tied to a specific pet if I understand correctly?) and the new items are equipped to the pets itself I don't see where my missing items could be.
