Closed "this is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from conecction"

Hello MapleRoyals Staff,

I would like to respectfully request a review of my account ban.

About a week ago (I don’t remember the exact date or time), I was disconnected from the game while I was AFK in Nath. After that, I have been unable to log in and receive the message:
“This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection.”

At the time of the disconnection, I was not using any third-party programs, hacks, macros, or bots. I strongly believe this may have been a false positive, possibly related to the fact that I was installing League of Legends (Riot client / Vanguard) in the background while MapleRoyals was running.

I understand MapleRoyals has strict rules and I fully respect them. I have never intentionally broken any rules, and I was simply AFK at the time of the disconnect.

Additionally, I noticed that all of my accounts were blocked, which further makes me believe this could be an automatic or system-related detection rather than intentional wrongdoing.

I kindly ask if my case can be reviewed again. I am more than willing to cooperate and provide any additional information if needed.
