Closed after login and charter click the game crush

Hi, trying to get into my charter and after I insert the pin the game crush and small windows open "you have been disconnected from the login server. please try again later"
I understand that it might got banned, last time I played was almost year ago so I don't know why i got banned.

its installed but I'm not using it. might be my location? because i moved and no longer living in the same country.
