You are not banned but the IP address you were connecting with is banned. Please double check that when you restart your router, you obtain a new IP address before reconnecting to MapleRoyals. If that doesn't work, please also check the following due to your new console/computer being used: Ensure windows defender has MapleRoyals whitelisted Ensure antivirus has MapleRoyals whitelisted Ensure VPN services are disabled and uninstalled before reconnecting to MapleRoyals
