Closed Fredrick Store Bug

Problem: Federick NPC is unclickable and if clicked on him, no other npc works and cant enter fm portals unless i leave fm and re enter but problem will happen again if click on federick
Details: I remember selling a ASS30 on hired merchant and it sold and i recieved the mesos without closing the shop assuming it would close on it's own which is 100% on my part and i apologize for that but after that incident, everytime i try to open the hired merchant again, it tells me to retrieve my items from the npc but i already remember recieving the mesos because I already gave the splits to the members of the GPQ party but this bug/glitch w/e u call it wont let me open a hired a merchant D: here is also video screenshot of said incident and I think I may also be same bug as this person: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/fredrick-store-bug.249933/ and heres my video of my thingy: TY

 

I cannot confirm anything, sorry. Because I can’t remember exactly what I did. All I know is that I did receive the mesos but can’t confirm if I click mesos icon or organize. Sorry again. Wish I could be more of help

 

but Frederick is still bugged for me tho

 

I see, the only thing I can remember is selling ass30 and I collected the mesos and I remember I didn't close the hired merchant and just left it alone assuming it would expired and close itself after the 24hr mark and thats the only detail I can give and wish I can give more and help more with this but thank you Dave for helping
