Dispute about leech compensation

Bought skele leech from Becrisy for 2hrs (150m).. Confronted him because I d/c when I went to bed and left my computer running the next day. Here's how the conversation went. I guess it's all my fault and problem. LOL

 

You forgot to mention the fact that this is a split leech, which means I was still responsible for completing the service for your partner even after you DC'ed. Similarly, it is your responsibility to ensure you stay connected for the session that you committed to.
If you were able to connect back within a reasonable timeframe, I would have compensated you by giving you some extra time out of kindness.
However, since you DC'ed and failed to come back, I will reserve my right to not refund the payment.
My best suggestion for you is to contact your partner to see whether they are willing to treat this as a half-solo, half-split leech and compensate you for the portion after you DC'ed.
Otherwise there is nothing I can do for you as I mentioned in our conversation (ss attached below)

 

How will you give back to Becrisy for the time they lost, earning half the mesos for those 2 hours, if they give all the mesos back to you for something that only you have control over? I'd try and ask for half the mesos back tbh and in the future, set your alarm to check for dc's (tbh sleeping while leeching is just a risk by it self and waste of electricity).

 

If you bought solo skele leech, it’d be understandable to ask for a refund for the remaining time left on the leech. However, with split leech it’s a mutual agreement between you and another buyer that you’re both sharing the service. If you dc, it’s really not the seller’s fault. If you think about it, the only way seller could refund you the next day would be if he paused the leech and found a new buyer for the remaining time your partner has left. But finding a new buyer for split leech isn’t always an option and the seller does not know if you are coming back or not. Selling solo skele leech for half the price is also not an option.

I don't know the full story because your pictures don't show up for me. But these are just my thoughts based on what you wrote.

Buying a plane ticket, do all the checkins and all, and yet failing to get to the flight.

Did the airline company stole from you? Its the same.

 

Reading "woke up and realized I DC'd" not followed immediatelly by "my bad" but rather complaints is just wrong. Split leech is just salt over the wound.
Not only is this not "The Firm", but for your consideration clients like that are seldom appreciated in all walks; With due respect. Take the loss and learn.

 

Leech sellers are always stuck in this dilemma(?) because we can't read our buyers. As a seller, I've learnt to list my T&Cs and set a time limit for my contacts if you dc. If it's outwith on terms explicitly list the next steps.
Not reading them = not my problem. Same as those who don't read MR T&C and getting banned.

As much as a seller has the responsibility to ensure you get your money's worth, as a buyer - you always have the responsibility of making sure your character is actually there to receive said exp

 

Mate, just let this one go. You just claimed other leechers would all honor/compensate and immediately said this is your first DC. What's there to compensate if you didn't dc in your other leechers, not a good look mate. If split leech, what do you expect to happen, leecher just bails on the other leecher as well? Then that'd be the real bad faith.
