    Problem: My 70% Shield for Magic Attack is missing
    Details: 11pcs of the 70% scrolls are missing by today server reset and auto close up the NX store in fm 2-7, please check the transaction records. Thanks

    Can you provide more details such as when did you last have them?

    Do you mean the 11 x 70% shield for MA was placed in the store, and the store auto-closed due to server check?

    I got it from Mushroom Shrine Gacha on last week or last 2 weeks...

    Yes, server check store auto-closed... Now my bags don't have the scrolls... I already taken all items from Fredrick... Store closed and now i can't check the Items Available, I don't have any record...

    If the items are sold, you would receive the meso amount from Fredrick

    Have you took that into account as well?

    你的意思是说你已经调查了交易记录？我已经在服务器重设之前卖了？钱已经在 Fredrick 那边拿了出来？
    老实说我那天匆忙的把东西拿了出来之后跑去找位置开店，真的没留意到有没有钱在那边。
    如果说你看了我已经卖出去又拿了钱，那就好吧！ 帮我把这个贴子关掉吧。如果买/卖记录没卖出请您帮忙看看可以如何把 70% 的加成纸给我一下。 谢谢您

    No, I have yet to forward this issue to the Admins for further investigation as this is not a known bug - items or meso do not simply disappear from Fredrick (unless there's a rollback or something)

    If this bug did occurred, I need to forward the details of how it happened to the Admins
