Hello, Thank you for your reply. I would like to respectfully request clarification regarding the permanent ban for macrobotting. At the time of suspension, I was in a party fighting Scarlion together with my family members. Each of us was using our own individual accounts, and we also brought in mule characters to help obtain scarhelm. Shortly after this run, all of our accounts were permanently banned. Could you please confirm whether the ban was triggered during the Scarlion run? If so, we believe this may have been a false detection. We were physically present and actively playing the game ourselves, not using any macro software or automation tools. Since multiple accounts were playing together under the same household network, we are concerned that this may have been misinterpreted as macrobotting. We are willing to cooperate fully with any investigation and provide any additional information necessary. We sincerely request a manual review of our accounts. Thank you for your time and consideration.
The macrobotting was from when you self leeched your characters at Ulu Estate II. You were not physically present at this self-leeching session for long periods of time.
Thank you for your response. I would like to further clarify the situation regarding the bans. From your previous message, you mentioned that the macrobotting detection occurred during a self-leeching session at Ulu Estate II. Could you please confirm whether the permanent bans on our main accounts and mule accounts were issued because our characters joined a party during that session? Additionally, we would like to understand whether all associated accounts within our household were considered part of the same case and therefore received the same permanent penalty. We are simply trying to better understand the scope of the decision. Thank you for your time and clarification.
Please list ALL IGNs owned by you. Please list ALL IGNs that are in the same household but are NOT owned by you and what their relationship to you is.
Below are all IGNs personally owned and operated by me: The following IGNs are in the same household but are not owned or controlled by me: TaiwanHao, HaoBS, BuccHao Brother: YuyuTW, LeoGaia(mule) Father: LongBar, LongBarTW(mule) Mother: FarrahTW, HSIAOFANG(mule) Each of us uses our own device and manages our accounts independently, although we share the same household internet connection. We understand that accounts within the same household may appear related due to shared IP activity, but they are operated by separate individuals.
Your family members would have to submit their own appeal should they wish to appeal for the bans too
Thank you for your response. I provided my family members’ IGNs earlier because a previous GM requested a full list of all accounts within the same household for clarification purposes. I understand that each individual must submit their own appeal regarding their respective bans. I will inform my family members so they can submit their own appeals if they wish to proceed. Thank you for the clarification.
Thank you for listing out each player in the household, which IGNs they own and their relationship to you. Your appeal has been denied as you were on the same computer as those macrobotting in your party and you benefitted from macrobotting activities, This means that all accounts that belong to you will remain permanently banned due to associative rule-breaking. This means that you as a player cannot play here anymore.
