Pick up log still shown for rechargeable items even with full inventory

When attempting to pick up items with a full inventory, normally you will have a message "You can't get anymore items."

However, when trying to pick up throwing stars, you can still get a pickup notice for that item.

I was also able to reproduce using Pirate bullets.

 

Hmm does there have to be exactly 0 left in the stack or does a full set also work?

 

Appears to be no factor, bug is reproducible using both 1000 stack Ilbi and 0 stack Ilbi Throwing-Stars.
