Before the quest item loot change (no extra looting of quest items past the requirement): Talk to Alphonse > Hunt 60 arrows from pixies > turn in arrows to 6 Nanas (O/L/K/P/H/E) > return to Alphonse for reward (cupid wings cape and NX) After change to quest item looting: Talk to Alphonse > visit 6 Nanas to initiate quests, or arrows won't drop > Hunt pixies for 10 arrows, cannot loot more > vist one Nana and turn in > go back to Orbis and hunt 10 arrows > visit another Nana and turn in > Go back to Orbis and hunt 10 arrows > visit another Nana > Orbis hunt > another Nana... etc. until you've done all 6 Suggestion: Make Alphonse start a quest with 60 arrow requirement, and clearing that does not remove your arrows and lets you visit the Nanas to turn in 10 at a time before you return to Alphonse for the reward.
Wouldnt it be better if the one at orbis was a requirement for 60, then u receive 5 etcs to pass to the other 5 Nanas?
Weirdly enough (though I handed it in 1st day of the event) this was my same experience. Got 60 (no more would drop afterward as expected) and handed in 10 each. If this was adjusted mid event (like vboss hits, which was actually a good call), I'd say it was a bad move (not to mention unnecessary, they're untradable anyway). I know I'm late, but this is just to say the 60 to 6 NPCs sequence is perfectly fine w/o complicating things...
