well i restarted my router, reinstalled game and still cant get into my account. The message "incorrect password" still in

Im sorry for ultra late reply. I came back (again) to MRoyals and i still cant log in into my accounts. I tried to reset my password but it seems that my email isn't being validated by the system. I mean, even tho i use only 2 emails i still don't get the link to verify it. Any further help that i can get, please? I really wouldn't like to lose all my characters . Thanks in advance.
Please list all IGNs owned by you as a person (at least one from each account you own), and also all forum accounts you have had.
