Sorry I am not a hard core player here. Could anyone tell me how to synthesize 'shoulder pad' in this game? I could search about something online about their properties, but no clear clue about how to get them. Thank you so much!
Kill the balrog boss, which is available for lv 75-99s. If you're above that, you'll have to make another character on the same account in that range and transfer it through storage. Since pad currently doesn't count towards stat requirements to equip gear, mostly gives 2 to everything, and will eventually have an alternative I wouldn't really recommend making a mule just for it. A lot of effort for very little gain

When it originally came out staff said that eventually they plan to add another shoulder pad. Not really any details besides that but I assume it'll be after pink bean releases
