Not Bug Scroll not giving proper stats

I had a +7int Esther shield, I bought a 60% shield for m.attk (Gives +1 INT and +2 M.ATTK)
The scroll was successful but looking at my shield it shows +7 INT *still* and +2 M.ATTK..
It should say +8 INT +2 M.ATTK

I have a screen shot I will post of the shield.

 

Are you sure it wasn't a +6 Esther Shield you mixed up?

 

I'm like 98% sure it was +7 base.

 

I event went and used an owl before using the scroll on the shield to see if a +8 int existed before trying to scroll it. So i'm pretty sure it was a +7 as I think that is the max INT you can get on these shields.

 

Esther Shields can be anywhere from 0-7 Int clean
I've had 6 Int Shields before and I'm holding a 5 in my storage at this time though it's not blue.

It is very plausible to have a 6 int shield. It might be able to roll blue if the def stats were high enough along with that iirc.
I know I've seen a non-blue one (I accidentally sold it)

 

Mine was +7 clean non blue which I thought was weird. I even used an owl to look at other +7s to see price and see why mine wasn't blue. it had high INT but the other 2 stats were low so I assumed that was why.

 

Can't argue with that. Dang, I swear it was a 7int. Thanks for clearing it up Tim!
