If you have the right to use two accounts, then you can vote on both, so why is there a ban? I understand that maybe your system saw it that way, but I didn't intend to do anything wrong or to get banned.
I have too much to lose on these accounts and characters to do illegal things in Maple Royals, so I'm waiting for a specific justification.
No, you aren't allowed to vote on multiple accounts per day. There are numerous warnings about this. On the voting page On the linked forum post with further clarification https://royals.ms/forum/threads/voting-rules.15580/ And if that was not enough, it is also spelled out in our ToS, and there is an in-game quest about voting for NX that you are forced to do unless you want an ugly lightbulb to forever appear above your character. You as a person will remain permanently banned. You will have to find another server or game to play on.
Haha, honestly, I'd say this is ridiculous. A warning would be appropriate for someone who isn't aware of their actions and has been playing Maple Royals for a long time, playing out of boredom for a good few years. I didn't even create a forum or visit because I didn't need to. So you'll really lose a lot of customers because I've invested a lot of time in this game and my legacy, which, from what I hear, I've just lost. There are definitely worse things, like scams, hackers, etc. I hope for your understanding and a serious solution to my situation.

from what I see there is a chance to appeal this ban, so if there is such an opportunity, I will gladly use it and next time I will not use excessive voting and believe me, no one would risk 10b of achievements in maple royals to gain 8k nx.
