ALL Your Character Names: luteus besson congicus vittatus givestopper nattereri aimara chapchu ~~~ etc Last thing you did: neo tokyo Why do you think you got banned?: objectional behavior maybe Ban message when attempting to log in: this is an id that has been deleted or blocked from connection What GM banned you (optional): idk
lottooo, lottooo2 are my sisters ign. u can check it. we apply whitelish at 08.2022. but she alr quit 2023 maybe. othes ign cant remember cleary. These are things that are not on the account I usually log in with. So, it is probably her account, or, with a very low probability, an account I created and forgot about. any problem in our whitelish or my account?
Also, since it is not my native language, I find it difficult to go beyond everyday conversation, so I am using a translator; please understand that it might sound a bit awkward.
i ask her, she said only remember lotto,lotto2 cuz that's her main. when she palying royals we play in same guild(new planet) and also join our guild's offical SNS with me. my ign list luteus besson congicus vittatus givestopper nattereri aimara chapchu shires atabapo gregblack miraphone givestopper2 vaillantii maragupyo channa bobariido lutfam1 lutfam2 lutfam3 / lot of lutepep series / many storage mules( not cleary ign maybe lutore korpotmule? or similar types of signs). they are in 1~2 accounts. i know their login ID but i cant write theme here, so i cant wirte all my igns exactly. anyway this is pretty much the sign of most of the main accounts.
Are you sure you don't own IGNs Lottooo and Lottooo2? It seems really strange that you and your sister share identical account details.
by identical account details do you mean our username and password? (i.e kim~~~) Since gm's have access to logs you can check to see that my sister and I usually played on different ip addresses since I played in the office while she worked and played at home due to covid19 issues. At home we shared a desktop so you may see logs indicating that we played from the same ip address, but we were never online simultaneously on the same desktop. I'm sure you'll be able to find all records from your logs.
it is common for children living under the same roof to use similar pw's (or the same one with slight variations). In this case i chose a pw my dad used ever since i was little and i'm assuming she did as well. If our pw's are identical then there's a high chance our pic is too, which would be the last 4 digits of our dad's phone number. If our 6 digit pins are identical as well, it is probably because she saw it written in my notes and decided to use the same one since she couldn't think of anything else. I assume this because she can't seem to remember what she set up her 6 digit pin as even though she remembers the pw and 4 digit pic. I understand why there may be room for confusion, but if my sister wasn't actually playing the game and I was just trying to pull a fast one on the gm's how could i play on both accounts at different locations at the same time? I do not know how specific the logs you have on your end are, but reading the other ban appeals i think it's safe to say that the logs are pretty precise. Would you be able to check your logs to see that we were playing simultaneously at different locations? I do have screenshots of the conversation my sister and i had regarding mapleroyals from a specific day back in 2020 when she used to play but since ai can't translate the messages in these screenshots i don't know if they would be of any help but i will attach them anyway hoping they do.
I dont k how how to attach images to this post. If you need them, I can send the screenshots via DM or any other method you prefer.

why have you and your sister used the same or very similar account creation details? have you asked your sister if she quit in 2023 or if she was banned for breaking the rules?
I was not aware that account information other than the ID was also similar. The reason for this similarity has been explained above. Unless it is a site that requires highly complex passwords for security reasons (such as banking or government services), I have simply and unconsciously used information that I have been using since I was younger. I do not have anything further to add regarding that matter. I understand the basis of your suspicion, which is why I have requested that you review the login records and activity logs to verify that we are indeed separate individuals who have each been playing independently. I’m not sure if this will be helpful or necessary, but I will send you, TIM, the untranslated conversation via DM. However, if you prefer, I can also post it here publicly (after covering her photo). The only issue is that I’m not sure how to upload it. The translation may sound somewhat unnatural as it is done using AI, but I hope it can serve as even a small piece of evidence that we are different players and have each been playing independently. wtf It seems that sending it via DM is done in the same way as posting it here. T.T As for other details, I will need to confirm them with my sister. I will check with her and provide additional information in a follow-up reply. Again, please understand that the translation may this conversation slightly unnatural as it was done using a translator.
Following your guidance, I checked the situation with my sister, and through that process, I learned that she had been sanctioned for violating the rules (RWT). Until my account was banned, I had no knowledge of this matter at all, and I have never been involved in any form of RWT. It is true that there were item trades between us when she was played. but I was completely unaware that the item was related to any rule-violating transaction. Additionally, if you review the login records and usage environment, I believe it can be confirmed that we are separate users. Considering these points, I kindly ask you to re-evaluate whether the suspension on my account is appropriate.
Hello, It has been a few days since I submitted it, and I would like to ask if there have been any updates or progress regarding my case. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could review and consider that my account activity is clearly separate from that of my sister. If there is still a possibility that I may be penalized due to similarities in account information or due to sister's rwt history, I would be grateful if you could clarify this as well. Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to your response.
that doesn't really make sense because the account for Lottooo was created before Luteus, so they could not have copied that from you. And if you would claim they could've copied it from Congicus; why would they copy the PIC and not the PIN from Congicus for Lottooo, and then you copy her PIN and PIC again after that on Luteus?
My first character is not luteus, but ign ansrogii (it is my first mage). It is in the first slot on the same account as congicus. From the screenshots, luteus was level 82 on September 13, 2022. Congicus appears to be quite a high level. On August 30 of the same year, luteus appears to be at a very low level, wearing the “Junior Adventurer” medal. As you mentioned, please check the account creation dates for ansrogii, congicus, luteus, and lottoo. If lottoo and I were the same person, it would be impossible to explain our years of login records. I played almost every day from around server time 23:00 to 09:00 at my office, farming stoppers, leveling mules, and doing bossing. During that time, she was also playing at home. After I got off work, we played together. Since she used my computer for work, there should be login records from her on my PC. Most likely, while I was away she used my desktop, and after I got off work (after server time 09:00), she mainly logged in from a laptop (though there may have been exceptions). This is clear. As mentioned earlier, I understand that similarities in account information can raise suspicion. While I do know her login ID, I have never attempted to access her account, so I cannot provide details such as her password. However, if we were truly the same person and I had the ability to play two roles simultaneously for years—on different devices, in different locations, at the same time—then I would have been capable of far more than engaging in RWT. If I had been playing both roles and also doing RWT (which you may not believe, and in fact I still do not even know exactly what she did), I certainly would not have done something as careless as submitting a whitelist or making the account information ambiguously similar. A reasonable person—even if they were attempting such actions—would at least try to conceal it by using a separate account rather than their main account. Also, that BM was played by my older sister without HP washing; she completed the daily HP quests herself. And if we were the same person, I believe I would have been banned at the same time she was. I’m not sure if this is acceptable from a security standpoint, but currently almost all of my accounts—except for one or two—likely share the same PIC and PIN passwords. The PIC I used would be one of two things: either the last four digits of my father’s phone number from when I was young, as mentioned earlier, or the building number of the apartment I live in. For the PIN, I used combinations of numbers with certain patterns, along with very simple combinations. Most, if not all, of my accounts likely used the same PIN. As of now, I have removed the PIN from almost all accounts. As mentioned, these passwords were based on things like my father’s old passwords or parts of his phone number that we used when we were younger. After I quit the game in 2024 and returned in 2025, I changed the PIN to a very simple one and later removed it entirely. I’m not sure how detailed the logs you can access are, but even when I play solo Tokyo, I typically use at least 5 and up to 6 mules at the same time. Because of this, it became inconvenient to enter the PIN repeatedly, so I disabled it on all accounts. In summary, all of my accounts have used the same two types of PIC and PIN since I was young. Regardless of how you conduct your review, I ask that you take into account that our login records would show simultaneous activity from different devices at the same times, with each of us playing separately.
