You are not banned. This is happening because you are connecting with an invalid MAC address, most likely because you have VPN like NordVPN installed. If this is the case, then to connect you will need to either uninstall NordVPN entirely (simply disabling it is not enough unfortunately), or disable the NordLynx component of it.
