    I hope you are doing well.


    I am writing to respectfully ask if it would be possible to discuss my situation privately with a member of the staff. I would like to take full responsibility for my past actions and explain my situation in a more personal and honest way.


    I understand the seriousness of the rules and I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to communicate about this matter directly, if possible.
