Hi, I'm not planning to add any Neo Tokyo content to this guide currently. If there is any incentive to do that in the future like a balance patch that will make this content relevant to DRK I will consider it, as I have a lot on my plate at the moment. Anyway, if your ping is low enough you can fully auto pot Auf Haven with the 1500 HP pots method mentioned in this guide, with a larger pot on a comfortable key for zombify. There is also another method you can use here -> click
Thank you, I think you are a great guide writer, and also seeing your base that probably is that other guide linked in your answer, you translated that very well to a more understandable and cool way to read.
I've just joined the server and I really appreciate the depth of this guide for one of my favorite classes. I will leverage this guide as I continue to play. Thank you and awesome guide!
Hello, really appreciate for this detailed guide. During my 3rd job grinding I did follow the tip to max polearm fury as it is better for grinding monsters. Now that I am 4th job, I am wondering if there's some situation that polearm fury would be better than spear crusher. The two I can think of is lhc golems and RG. I am too low level to try with those contents however I believe in golems, you could hit +5 golems from the stairs (top and mid platforms or bot and mid platforms). For RG, with rush and monster magnet, clearing the two first maps and the bee bonus map, would polearm fury be better in these situations?
So yeah while fury is better with 5+ targets in theory, most often you're attacking less than 5 targets. In golems your party will move with the spawns. In rg you will either kill mobs quickly so they don't add up or attack on platforms with less than 5 mobs. You would have to swap between spear and pole arm. When you don't attack mobs in LHC for a few seconds your party can lose accuracy. I recommend to most new players to skip pole arms entirely. Unfortunately they don't have a place in the meta
In practice, only in niche bossing situations. Some bosses force you to stand away from them (Von Leon and RG boss with rocks for example), and in that case you could be using Fury instead of standing still and waiting for it to be safe to get close again. You can do just fine without it though, I wouldn't SP reset for that alone.
