I accidentally pressed the Shift key multiple times, which triggered the Sticky Keys popup (a Windows feature). Right after that, my computer froze and the game crashed. When I tried logging back in, I received a message saying my account is blocked. Ban message when attempting to log in: "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection" What GM banned you (optional): Unknown Note: I recently returned to the game after about 15 years of not playing. In the past 3 days, I’ve played around 20 hours and really enjoyed it. I would really appreciate your help so I can get back to playing as soon as possible. ---- While I wait for your response regarding my ban appeal, I wanted to let you know that in the meantime I will open a new account so I can continue playing. I hope this does not cause any issues, as I simply wish to keep enjoying the game while this matter is being reviewed. It would be a shame to lose the characters I’ve built, and I am still hoping for a positive resolution. I would greatly appreciate your response at your earliest convenience. Thank you
in general: do not create new accounts if you think you're banned, you may be ban evading resulting in a more severe punishment your account isnt banned. perhaps you're attempting to connect from a banned connection
Thanks for the help. My home connection was blocked, so I created a new account to test if the issue was my connection or my original account. I tried to log in once but it failed as well. I then used my phone’s hotspot and successfully logged back into my original account. I haven't created any characters or played on the new account at all. I will stop using it immediately to avoid any rules violations. Should I just leave it inactive, or do you need to delete it?
You as a player are not banned. You are all good to create new accounts, new characters and to play as normal.
