    May I know what I need to do to recover my account? I’m really upset because I’ve spent a lot of time on it, and it was suddenly banned.

    It looks like you were in the Free Market (FM) advertising that you were selling White Scrolls (WS).

    Would you like to explain how you came into posession of WS as a level 36 player that's new to the server?
