Closed Cant log into any of my accounts

ALL Your Character Names: CakeTheCat, CakeTheSharp (these are the two main characters i use, i have some others on my first account but i dont use them at all)
Last thing you did: this morning i logged into CakeTheCat and killed Crimson Balrog for Olaf, then went to the Ghost-ship boss, also for Olaf.
Why do you think you got banned?: I honestly have no clue why i would be banned, im trying to log in with my laptop from a different network, not connected to VPN,I really hope this is some mistake and would love help.
Ban message when attempting to log in: "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection" "please check again."
What GM banned you (optional): no idea, no one talked to me about a ban
