Hello all, My characters names are 2810 and 2710. For unknown reason I got banned yesterday. I was training with my friend at ulu2 map and fell asleep while accidentally leaving the computer open and when I woke up and tried to log in again I saw the ban notice for 2 weeks. I’ve done nothing illigal, why do I deserve this ban? I appreciate you guys diving into this matter again because I do not do anything wrong.
And the message I receive I using illigal software or violating rules. The only software I use is parallels because I use MacBook, maybe that’s the reason?
There are 3 characters I have there, I don’t remember the first one I created it and ditched it. I do have 2710 and 2810
We like to play together, we also have only one personal computer which is not a work computer so only 1 can play at a time

You would need to convince us that the account sharing was only minor (and so would be a 30 day ban). Based on the information you have provided so far though, the account sharing seems extensive. Who created both accounts? You, or your bf?
Well Ive been playing total of two weeks. He barely plays and it was mostly my account he just was excited about the old school maple situtation so he did maybe 2 kerning pqs and grind a little bit. How extreme could two weeks be? Anyway, it took all the fun from playing, tbh your attitude is kinda ruins to want to play for people like you. I did wait patiently two weeks but 30 feels like you guys enjoy being in the position of power of people who simply wanted to play and have some fun, you’re talking to me like I’m some sort of a criminal. This is the same for everybody. That said, your story is just really inconsistent. First you did not consider it your account at all, and so you did not list it in your ban appeal, even when reminded to list all of your accounts. Then you said it was his. And now you say it's actually yours, but he has occasionally played it. Does the boyfriend actually exist at all, or did you make that all up to try and get out of the minor vote abuse ban?
“Does that bf really exists” - You’re being kind of a mean girls style bully here. I tried making him play - didn’t really work. It’s mostly me playing. I didn’t even know I’m being accused of a minor vote abuse because you guys aren’t clear about the reason for the ban and when you’re being asked you’re just acting mean. TBH, I don’t really care anymore wether you unban me or not, it’s just the principle I’m trying to stand on here. You guys are just not nice to your community and it will make it smaller by removing truly innocent people who just want to play fairly.
I apologize for overlooking that you had not been informed about the minor vote abuse ban. You received the minor vote abuse ban because you were voting on more than one account per day. That is a 14 day ban. It is our policy that appealers list all of their IGNs. You had not, as you had failed to list 'Yariyar'. When this was pointed out, you admitted that your bf had been playing on it and implied that you did not consider it to be your account. This greatly complicated your situation, as now you had made a believable claim of account sharing, which is either a 30 day ban or a permanent ban as per our ToS, depending on the severity. I asked about if the bf thing was true or not, because it is quite clear that both of the accounts were created by you, and they have both been played on the same device at the same time. We have had other players in the past lie and say that somebody else owned one of their accounts, in an attempt to get out of a vote abuse ban. And so, I wanted to give you one last chance to admit if you were actually not account sharing. Interpret it all how you like, I am simply upholding our ToS, and trying to be fair to you in ensuring we evaluate your case based on the facts.
I’ll be honest - it was just me on both. Said the bf thing hoping it would work, it didn’t, my bad. Only time he was ever on it was when I basically forced him to try the game and do one PQ with me. That’s it. He didn’t touch it after that and never went near my other account, just yariyar.
