@Heidi LISTEN i rlyyyy dont want to rush u (i saw alot of the posts and messeges you put out there, i know u work hard). but i rly think that this is just a misunderstanding, i didnt get banned for hacking, and im sure my history (or more correctly my lack of history in litterally years) will show it. thanks again!
in 2020 we blocked your account because someone else had access to it. this means someone has your login information (username and password combination) that they obtained from other online services that you use. dear @Tim, thank you very much, i just change my password. but everytime i try to go in to the game the same messege is receieved that im either blocked or deleted and not able to log in. im at the point that even if i want to change everything i cant do it since loging in is not an option (set a pin/pic)
