I'm a completely new player and I just created my account today. The game crashes after I enter my pic. I don't have a VPN and I've added the folder and the launcher to the allowed applications. I've also tried running the game as admin, and restarting my pc. The pc is built by me and is not a hand me down. The only message I get when the game closes is "You have been disconnected from the login server. Please try again later".
Did you also attempt to play with IGN 'Meowliness' a couple of months ago, but could not get it to work?
My friend tried to log into my pc with the ign name "Meowliness" to see if it would have the same issue and it wouldn't let us past entering pic. It would close the game with the message "You have been disconnected from the login server. Please try again later".
It looks like you do have a VPN activated, as there are some strange settings on your network adapter.
How do I check what VPN it is? I've never used one before. I don't manage my network settings, I can ask my brother about it?
Possibly NordVPN is installed, as you are displaying an invalid MAC address at our end (all 0's). This wouldn't happen by default, either a VPN has done it, or the settings have been modified on your computer.
I had no idea how to check for the VPN but my brother helped me with it. It seems to be the issue. Thank you for your help! As for the strange network settings, he says that its for the wifi.
