Open returning player after years

    character name(s): Cant remember.
    where the issues happened: my computer during the log in window.
    date and time: 24/4/26 during the morning (around 09:30)
    details of the issues: in the log in screen i cant log into my account saying it got delated or block for some reason even though i didnt play it.
    any error codes:

    Why do you think you got banned?: wasnt even aware i was. but i am not a cheater (ik thats what probably everyone is saying) and i just want to play normally.

    hello, im a returning player after years i didnt play.
    any chance i need a special approval to come back or something? im trying to log in to an account i kept voting for over the years and nothing.
    this is an *In-Game problem.

    @Heidi LISTEN i rlyyyy dont want to rush u (i saw alot of the posts and messeges you put out there, i know u work hard).
    but i rly think that this is just a misunderstanding, i didnt get banned for hacking, and im sure my history (or more correctly my lack of history in litterally years) will show it.

    in 2020 we blocked your account because someone else had access to it. this means someone has your login information (username and password combination) that they obtained from other online services that you use.     we need you to change your password, pin and pic on royals.ms/controlpanel and let us know once you've done so

    dear @Tim, thank you very much, i just change my password. but everytime i try to go in to the game the same messege is receieved that im either blocked or deleted and not able to log in.
    im at the point that even if i want to change everything i cant do it since loging in is not an option (set a pin/pic)

    @Tim @Heidi guys its been 5 days, please can we scheduale a time where we can exchange consequent messeges back and forth in order for us to figure it out?
    im at the point that im directly depandent on you and im sure you dont like it (since i bother u so much) and so am i.

    We can't do that unfortunately (remember we're all volunteers and have a lot of other people waiting too who want their appeals resolved). Best thing you can do is to continue trying to log into the control panel. We're aware it's very temperamental.

    You are very welcome to create a new account in the mean time though, seeing as you're not banned for violating the ToS. Does that help?

    So I'm confused, I need to log in, and change my pic/pin etc in order to log in? That doesn't make sense.
    And from what it sounds like I don't think it will help because again the message that I keep recieving (as you may see in my first post) is as if my account was deleted or blocked.
    And I'm guessing since you mentioned my characters name (delek) Id imagine it's not deleted but blocked which again leads me to the same conclusion which is I need a manager to help me by Unblocking me.

    P.s is there a possibility to send to another account (of mine ofc) the nx? I voted for MOnths accumulating more then 1m NX cash.
    And now I don't have any access to it.

    You need to log into the control panel to change them, not the game. We require you to do this before we can unban the account for you. You will get it back eventually, it will just take time.

    Have you attempted to create a new account yet, that you can play on in the mean time?

    I think you misunderstood, I have never created one, idk if its a new thing or not, but apparently I need to log in and set one.
    It's writing: "You do not have a PIN set!
    Please log into the game and set a PIN to help keep your account secure."
    Same goes for pic

    I can confirm that the username is correct.

    I need you to understand three things. (1) I am trying to help you. (2) I am a volunteer. (3) My colleagues and I have a lot of other GM duties to deal with. I would really appreciate your cooperation and patience as we work through this issue. We will get it resolved eventually, it's just that it won't happen straight away.

    I am not entirely sure what is going on here, because the PIN and PIC should already be set, and should be able to be changed by logging into the control panel (https://royals.ms/controlpanel/login). Doing so is possible even when the account is banned, as yours currently is (which was done because somebody else accessed it). It is a mystery to me as to why the PIN and PIC would not already be set, and it should not have even been possible for them to not be set. I will need to see if any of the others have any idea what the issue is.
