I can run MapleStory Royal quite smoothly on Parallels Windows ARM on my MacBook Pro M3 Pro. However, you’ll need to adjust the compatibility settings like this to get the game running.
Was playing on a M2 MacBook for the past year and parallels didn't work for me (works for some tho!). Had to use a local virtual machine provider to access a remote windows desktop and run the game there. YMMV depending on the VM provider.
