Since the FM prohibits the use of game items, there is no central location where players can quickly meet to have a friendly omok/card matching game on a whim. If two people with to play a game with each other, one has to hunt down the other player, and it can be a pain if both are far away in their own training spots. And given that the FM is the #1 meeting place among players, I think its a wasted opportunity that we can't play games in there. To alleviate this, what I propose is that the FM has a NPC (probably Casey) that warps players directly to the Henesys Game Park. This way, we can have a hub where people can freely meet up on a moments notice and play omok/cards. To prevent people from using it to get a simple warp to Victoria Island though, the portal to and from Henesys could be disabled. Thoughts?
I think the only technical part of this would be that they have to recode the Game Park portals to function like the FM Portals.
If we're already talking about this... I feel like sometimes the FM is too small. The v83 of it is a lot nicer, since it seems a bit wider, and the NPCs finally have platforms to stand on. And to be honest, only Fredrick and Storage keeper belong to the FM. I feel like if we'll implant an invisible portal here: It will fit ten times more better than an NPC. Like this is a WZ edited server with patches, why limiting ourselves to npcs and commands when we can make something a lot better and creative? Take the donator section in the cash shop for example.
I do like your suggestion regarding the portal much better than if a NPC was put into the FM. I wasn't really thinking about how to implement it cleanly, I was more so just suggesting the idea a place where we can play omok/cards via FM would be nice.
