I am a very new player and have only been active on the server for about a week in total. As far as I am aware, I have not violated any server rules. I was surprised to receive the "ID Blocked" message, and I initially thought it might be a connectivity issue. I even tried restarting my router and reconnecting to see if that would resolve it, but the notice remains. Since I am new and still learning the ropes, if I did something wrong unintentionally, I would appreciate it if you could clarify the reason for the ban. However, I believe this may be a mistake or perhaps an automated flag. I would love the opportunity to continue playing and would appreciate it if you could look into my case. Update on my situation: I wanted to provide more information regarding my connection issue. After further testing, I have discovered the following: Home Wi-Fi: When I try to log in using my home internet, I consistently receive the "ID Blocked/Banned" message. Mobile Hotspot: I tried connecting via my phone's hotspot, and I was able to log in to my account successfully. This confirms that my account itself is not banned, but my home IP address appears to be blocked. I have already tried restarting my router to refresh the connection, but the "ID Blocked" notice still appears on my home network.
Would recommend restarting router again as there's a chance you might have been issued another banned IP address
I previously mentioned that I could log in using my mobile hotspot. However, after only a few minutes of gameplay, I was disconnected. When I tried to log back in, my mobile hotspot IP was also blocked with the same "ID Blocked/Banned" message. To summarize: My Home Wi-Fi IP is blocked. My Mobile Hotspot IP is now also blocked after working for only a few minutes. I have already tried restarting my home router to change the IP, but it did not resolve the issue.
Hi there. The IP addresses you were connecting with were blocked IP addresses. You are not banned and it looks like you've been able to log in successfully so I will be closing this thread as it has been resolved.
