Drag and Drop Ring into Slots DC's

Hello~ There is a bug where if I try dragging and dropping a ring into any ring slots, it dc's me. This happened to a few other guildies after I mentioned it as well.

This issue started after the patch update.

 

sometimes removing equips or random actions will suppress this issue,
things that have worked at least once in my case: removing medal / removing medal and gloves / removing medal, gloves, and despawn pet
this doesn't always fix it and feels really random, so we know that it also depends on previous actions
only thing that seems to stay true is if you have successfully suppressed the crash issue, this client won't crash anymore and you can use this client to login other characters to safely put on rings

 

So i was running into this issue just now, and found a method that worked for me.

Use Case: My specific use case was needing to put on 4 rings with stats so I can wear RC...
DC Cause: Dragging a ring with stats into a Ring slot.
Solution: Find 4 NX rings that can be put on top of the 4 rings with stats, then alternate equipping the ring with stats, then a NX ring BY CLICKING on the rings in inventory. I think as long as you have matching number of NX rings as stats rings, this will work.

I was in the same situation yesterday, i couldnt equip ring slot too
at that time restarting the PC fixed the problem. idk why(just then, a “Memory Error” window popped up, btw)
but,now I have a similar problem. cant equip pet equipppppppsssss
Of course I restarted it.
