    I never provided details and did not participate in RWT.

    Hi there.

    An admin responded to your ban appeal and noted that with the information you provided and information we can see, you either partook in Real World Trade (RWT) or gave your account away which is account sharing.

    Both of these result in a permanent ban meaning that you as a player cannot play here anymore.

    hello.
    I understand, but I didn't do either of those things.
    I took a break in 2017 and just wanted to come back in 2022 when I discovered I had been hacked. Again I say I never shared details and did not participate in RWT. My first account was hacked in 2021 and I paid that I could not repeat it and gave me a chance to start
    This is the second ban on the second user just because I dared to comment on Discord after 4/5 years
    I'm not trying to dodge, and I thought you gave me a chance to start over after I got hacked. thanks

    And as noted by the admin in your previous ban appeal, your account somehow went to someone local or it was you moving to another location and doing RWT.

    There is no explanation possible for your account to be hacked and it was you who was on the account RWTing or whoever you gave your account to.

    Participating in or soliciting RWT results in a permanent ban.

    Account sharing also results in a permanent ban.

    You as a player are permanently banned and cannot play here anymore, it would be best for you to seek another gaming community as you are not welcome here.

    How many times will I tell you this? I didn't give anything to anyone and I didn't participate in any trade and I don't know how I got hacked. My mistake is that I wasn't active for 4 years. You started in the past so I can start over. Why are you changing this decision?

    I have looked at it many times and I already mentioned this at the beginning of the post. You said I could start over and wait for an answer, and then suddenly the post was closed without a response.

    I'll try to summarize it again for you:
    Stephen tells you:
    - Based on what you have told me, that you haven't played since 2017 and that you don't recognize the IGN Anuei, along with the information I was able to find, I have some unfortunate news for you. It looks like your account was used in Real World Trading and was subsequently banned in March of 2021.

    - An Admin will be required for the next step to see if the account is recoverable, or if what it was used for requires it to stay permanently banned.
    - While an Admin looks into your account situation, if you wish to start over on Maple Royals, you are welcome to.

    The admin (me) answers your appeal as I had access to additional information:
    - looks like you gave your account to someone local or you yourself partook in the rwt as the connection stayed in the same range throughout the login history

    Based on that new information the previously mentioned post by Stephen no longer applies.
    - Your ban isn't for someone else taking over your account and breaking the game rules.
    - You may not start a new account because it was you breaking the rules, not a suspected third party.
    - You cannot recover your account that you supplied to someone else (account sharing major infraction)

    So I get a permanent ban on the new account (that I was allowed to open) because someone hacked into my old account without my knowledge and it no longer exists ? nice
