Awaiting Player Feedback MapleRoyals freezes every 5 minutes for a few seconds

    Hello,

    I have a problem with MapleRoyals freezing every few minutes.

    The game completely freezes for a few seconds and then comes back.
    It happens very often and makes the game hard to play.

    My specs:
    - Windows 11
    - NVIDIA RTX 4050 Laptop GPU
    - Happens in both fullscreen and windowed mode

    What I already tried:
    - Reinstalling the game
    - Updating GPU drivers
    - Changing NVIDIA settings
    - Lowering game settings
    - Restarting the PC

    The issue mostly happens in MapleRoyals

    Can someone help me figure out what is causing this?

    Have you done a ping test to confirm your connection with Royals server?

    IP address for test: 57.128.187.242
    Either do the ping test on CMD or WinMTR

    1) Launch CMD and type ping 57.128.187.242 -t
    And let it send about 50~100 times
    Note: Ctrl C to stop the continuous pings
    Observe the % of data loss

    2) https://sourceforge.net/projects/winmtr/
    Simply download that software, run it, input that (IP address), and click start.
    Allow it to run at least 100 tests (which you can tell from the 'Sent' column), then take a screenshot of the program and post it here.

    Hey everyone,
    I’ve been experiencing a recurring issue where my game freezes for a few seconds and then resumes on its own. This happens repeatedly every 7-10 minutes and it’s making the game very hard to play.
    I’ve seen some other posts mentioning similar freezing issues possibly related to pets, so I wanted to ask – has anyone found a fix for this?
    • The freeze lasts a few seconds and then the game continues on its own
    • It happens consistently every 7-10 minutes
    • It occurs across different maps/activities
    Has anyone experienced this and found a solution? Any help would be appreciated!
